A Southern California native, I’ve built my culinary career across vibrant food scenes—from Los Angeles to Seattle, and now Michigan. My journey has taken me through diverse roles that blend creativity, leadership, and personalized service. From opening and leading kitchen teams at Casalena, to crafting seasonal menus and developing refined dining experiences at Flyleaf, I bring a broad perspective shaped by some of the most respected kitchens on the West Coast and beyond. Alongside this, my time with Mint Personal Chef allowed me to work closely with clients to tailor meals that suit unique tastes and lifestyles.
My personal passions extend beyond the kitchen. I’m an avid reader who finds comfort and enjoyment in the stories I read. I am an amateur gardener who delights in growing herbs and edible flowers at home. And I am a very dedicated pet parent to the best cat and dog. These interests inform my approach not only to cooking but also to life: thoughtful, seasonal, and passionate.
At the heart of my work is a belief that food is a powerful way to bring people together, nourish the body, and create memorable moments. I strive to create and share that experience with every table I set.
