A Southern California native, I’ve built my culinary career across vibrant food scenes—from Los Angeles to Seattle, and now Michigan. My journey has taken me through diverse roles that blend creativity, leadership, and personalized service. From opening and leading kitchen teams at Casalena, to crafting seasonal menus and developing refined dining experiences at Flyleaf, I bring a broad perspective shaped by some of the most respected kitchens on the West Coast and beyond. Alongside this, my time with Mint Personal Chef allowed me to work closely with clients to tailor meals that suit unique tastes and lifestyles.

My passion extends beyond the kitchen. I’m an avid reader who finds inspiration in stories, an amateur gardener who delights in seasonal, fresh ingredients, and someone deeply interested in holistic wellness and spa practices. These interests inform my approach to cooking—thoughtful, balanced, and mindful.
