Experiences
As your private chef, I’ll create a menu tailored to your vision and needs, source quality seasonal ingredients, and prepare everything in your space. On the day of your event, I’ll arrive a few hours ahead of your planned dining time to prepare and cook your whole menu. Each culinary experience is tailored to you, allowing you to make more memories instead of decisions. From shopping to clean up, every detail of your dining is handled by me, for you.
Family Style Dining highlights the communal aspect that every family meal creates, with sharable platters for each starter, main, and sweet finish.
The Chef’s Table is an expression of seasonal talent, in theme and ingredients, through a 5 course tasting menu.
Festive Feasting makes a statement in stress-free hosting for holidays that happen year round.
Menus
Throughout the consultation and booking process, I’ll get to know you and your event goals. This helps me create a unique and personalized menu proposal, designed to bring your vision to life. Collaboration and customization are encouraged.
Family Style Dining encourages creative combinations of sharable plates, appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and desserts.
The Chef’s Table encourages guests to enjoy the guided, curated experience with menus that include seasonal amuse bouche, bread course, appetizer, entree, and dessert.
Festive Feasting allows for how widely holidays differ, making full customization the hallmark of this option.
Time Commitment
Once your event is booked, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to outline important specifics about your unique occasion and menu. As your event date approaches, anticipate approximately 60 minutes of your time for menu proposal review and revisions, usually conducted via phone call or email. As your chef, your event will require me to arrive 2 - 4 hours before your dining time to cover preparation, cooking, serving and presentation. During this time, I prepare each course with care, handle presentation and serving of the dishes. The dining pace is relaxed, encouraging guests to take their time. I also ensure all dishes are washed, counters are cleaned, and the trash is removed. While your event winds down, I will package and store any leftover portions in compostable containers, and leave you with a clean space and mind. Please be aware that a kitchen with standard appliances, plumbing, refrigeration, and counter space is required for this service.
Groceries
Groceries are carefully selected for your event, and can feature prime proteins, seasonal produce, and essential pantry items. I personally shop to ensure the freshest, highest-quality ingredients are sourced. If you have preferences for specific stores or ingredient styles, I am happy to accommodate. Groceries are expensed separately for each event, with receipts provided for transparency.
Payment
To secure your date and groceries, I collect a reservation fee and grocery advance. These amounts are determined by expected guest count and menu design. The reservation fee is collected at the time of booking. If you would like, you may also submit the grocery advance at this time; otherwise, it is due a week ahead of your event. This structure ensures I can guarantee your date, source thoughtfully, and protect the time I’ve set aside. After your event, you’ll receive a final invoice covering my service, grocery reimbursement, deposits, and any additional services or add-ons you’ve selected.
Optional Add-Ons
In addition to your event menu, you have the opportunity to enhance your experience with a variety of add-ons. This may include custom desserts, specialty beverages, grazing boards, and staffing assistance.
